Rent a cabin with your own private bathroom, just as you would in a hotel or on a cruise ship. Instead of a thousand passing acquaintances, you’ll just have a few new friends. Our professional english speaking crew manages the sailing and a chef prepares your meals from fresh local products. Sometimes, your crew will even catch fresh Tuna or Mahi-Mahi right from the catamaran!

From tranquil spots to popular islets such as Ilot Casy, Ilot Ua, Ilot Maitre, Ile Ouen, you can indulge nonchalantly or get adventurous and active. Famous for its breathtaking underwater scenery, the lagoon is a paradise for snorkeling and diving.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Board the yacht in the Noumea marina at 18:00. 

Day 2 – Depart for your first day on the lagoon and sail to Ile Ouen and Turtle Bay.

Day 3 – Depart for Carenage Bay for lunch and a dinghy ride up the river to the waterfall and hot springs. Anchor for the night at Ilot Casy just a few miles away.

Day 4 – Enjoy an exciting sail across the wind to Ua Island where you can snorkel near two islets and relax on the beach

Day 5 – After a late start sail for just an hour to Ilot Leroue for lunch. Anchor off a classic desert island before sailing just another 4 miles to Ilot Mato where we will anchor for the night in splendid isolation in which the only sound will be the lapping of the ripples on the hull.

Day 6 – Sail downwind to Amedee Lighthouse Island. Climb up the slopes for magnificent views over the lagoon. Then experience some fabulous snorkeling along the surrounding reefs.

Day 7 – Sail to Ilot Maitre (Maitre Islet / Escapade Island Resort) for your last swim stop before returning to base for the last night on board. 

Day 8 – Disembark early and transfer to the airport for the return flight to Australia or extend your stay in New Caledonia. You can take a 25 minute flight to the Isle of Pines and spend a couple of days at the Le Meridien Ile des Pins.
